  7. Speedy settlement of warranty claims is ensured by short decision channels. Over 90% of all claims are settled with our sales partners within a period of 6 weeks.
      
  8. A vast range of spare parts are stocked for all models, thus lowering repair costs and ensuring the long-term efficiency of the machine.
      
  9. High availability of spare parts. An extensive stock of spare parts and state of the art logistics ensure that 97% of all parts have first pick availability, for shipment throughout Europe, either overnight or within 24 hours.
