Skid steer loader: Three proven and two new models
The successful Full Liner Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG has extended its range of skid steer loaders. The Allrounder Model 501s (510 kg payload) as well as the Profi models 701s (680 kg payload), and 701sp “powerflow“ (680 kg payload with additional “high flow“ hydraulic circuit) with their unique combination of hydraulic servo-control and “quattro-static“ are the most efficient, robust, compact and flexible building machines in their class.
The “quattrostatic“, which is only available from Neuson, replaces the otherwise standard tracked drive of four separate hydraulic motors with reduction gear, one per wheel respectively. This innovation permits the largest ground clearance for skid steer loaders of this class and therefore the best cross country mobility. This system is also noted for its ease of servicing. There is no need to periodically tension the drive tracks and change the oil in the track box.
Neuson has introduced a further building block with respect to ease of servicing with the maintenance free bushes on the full lift arm system. Lubrication of the bushes can now be extended to an interval of 500 operating hours. Daily, time-consuming lubrication on the building site is no longer necessary and is carried out at the routine engine servicing intervals. This means that servicing times are shortened still further and economic operation is increased due to shorter periods of downtime.
The Neuson skid steer loader also sets new standards in operation. Even for long periods of operation the hydraulic servo-control guarantees precise, easy and operator-friendly operation. The power limit control ensures the best balance between engine performance and hydraulic output without overloading the engine. In conjunction with the accelerator the driver can adapt the engine rpm exactly to the respective requirements, which means that in addition to user friendliness this helps to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
Neuson has designed a special lift arm to achieve vastly improved visibility, which is a feature of this size of machine. The lift arm swivels on a robust cast steel joint between the front wheels. In conjunction with an extra strong shovel tilt cylinder an excellent view of the shovel and especially the shovel corners is achieved.
The Neuson skid steer loader can be deployed efficiently for any operation because of the variety of agricultural tools, the typical Neuson design and an optimum price-performance ratio in conjunction with long service intervals, generous service access and innovative technologies.
BAUMA 2007: Presentation of Neuson 901s and Neuson 1101c
With the two premium class skid steer loaders 901s (907 kg, with wheel drive) and 1101c (1140 kg, with tracks) Neuson is expanding its existing product programme in an optimum fashion.
These new models are also based on the proven characteristics of the Neuson skid steer loader. In addition there are the easily serviceable, maintenance-free bushes on the full lift arm, maximum functionality, higher operating comfort in connection with the standard hydraulic servo-control with power limit control and the typical Neuson design.
The two new, robust and efficient power packages 901s and 1101c set the new standards for skid steer loaders and will be presented to professionals for the first time at the forthcoming BAUMA 2007.
High speed and payload
These new skid steer loaders are distinguished by high driving speed (11 or 18 km/h respectively) and high payload (907 kg or 1140 kg respectively) as well as improved hydraulic performance for the “powerflow“ versions. These premium machines are destined for all areas of the building industry such as roads and agricultural tracks, cable and pipe laying, garden and landscaping construction and harbour logistics for which precision and efficiency are required.
Improved safety, more comfort and environmental friendliness
Another safety feature for the operator is the ability to fill ROPS/FOPS level 2 in the standard cabin. Operator friendliness and productivity of the driver is improved still further by new comfort options such as load stabilisation, fully glazed cabins and even air conditioning. The machines already comply with all the forthcoming legislative requirements for noise and emissions.
Universal application of all new Neuson skid steer loader
With the presentation of the 901s and 1101c Neuson Kramer has once again succeeded in incorporating the newest technologies into the most compact dimensions and in doing so guaranteeing efficiency in deployment in the most constricted spaces with the highest degree of economy and maximum operator comfort.
With five models in the payload classes of 510 to 1140 kg with engine outputs of 27-63 kW the Neuson Kramer skid steer loader fleet has the right machine for each work deployment.
