| Neuson 9503 – the world’s fastest 9-ton mobile excavator revolutionises building site logistics
Problem free excavator – Self propelled transport!
The presentation of the world’s fastest 9-ton mobile excavator, the neuson 9503, means that Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG is introducing its largest mobile excavator to date onto the market and completely revolutionising building site logistics. With the most efficient drive of its class (75 kW, 102 HP) the new, roadworthy model offers the most efficient “high-speed” mobility and enables maximum cross country movement, which puts an end to transport problems arising from “self-propelled drive“. The Deutz turbo diesel engine fitted to the 9503 already complies with forthcoming emission and noise protection standards. The unique, exceptional driving performance is made possible by the use of a sealed hydraulic circuit with maximum efficiency and therefore minimum fuel consumption. Another advantage of the hydraulic system is the automotive control of driving by means of pedals (similar to a car). “Interest in our new multi-functional fast mobile excavator, which in addition to the typical Neuson features such as robustness, quality, comfort and ease of maintenance offers the most modern design, is sensational”, says Hans Neunteufel of the Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG board.
Speed, power and sensitivity Perfect stability when digging is ensured by individually controlled claws (front and rear) and levelling supports that operate automatically with the combined operating brake/swing axle lock as well as the external no-play disk brakes. The all-wheel steering (optional) with crab crawling and minimum tail overhang guarantees optimum manoueravbility on restricted construction sites. The “High Speed“ excavator, equipped with a mono- or adjustable boom, is impressive because of Load Sensing Hydraulics that ensure high digging capacity and optimum sensitivity. This means that, in addition to the advantages bestowed by mobility, the Allrounder 9503 is more efficient and more versatile.
Serviceability and customised comfort This model, which is the only one equipped with a tilting cabin and large engine cover, offers optimum access for maintenance. The roomy cabin and optimum ergonomics (adjustable driver’s seat, armrests and backrest) and the optional air conditioning permit maximum fatigue-free working. Additional options such as long fork arms, overload warning device, secondary hydraulic control circuit, easy tyre change and much more means that no customer requirements have been overlooked. Of course, particular attention is paid to the hallmark of Neuson, which is stable steel construction and high quality components from well-known suppliers.
